A trip impossible to forget.
Some of Kamchatka’s most spectacular and exclusive places are only accessible by helicopter. We propose some of these trips, it is almost impossible to reach most of these places without the help of the helicopter. This has allowed to keep these places much more careful and virgins if possible than the rest of Kamchatka.
You can complement your route through Kamchatka with a single-day helicopter tour to the famous Geyser Valley or to the Kurile Lake to see bears. But you can also make a spectacular trip moving comfortably to inaccessible sites.
A trip impossible to forget.
If you are looking for another route or type of trip, do not hesitate to explain to us what you would like to live.
Some trips
Bears and volcanoes!
Located south of the peninsula, it is included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. Surrounded by hot springs, near the active volcano Ilyinsky, what makes it special is that here it comes to spawn the largest amount of red salmon in Euroasia.
On Lake Kurile there is the largest group of protected brown bears in Russia that are attracted to large salmon banks. This is the perfect place for photographers and wildlife lovers.
A 1h15min flight in a Mi-8 helicopter will save you both car days and the subsequent 15km of walking distance.
To visit the territory of Lake Kurile, you need a permit, as well as the mandatory escort of a state inspector and a guide who has passed a special certification to ensure our safety.
The one-day program includes the helicopter flight to the lake to see salmon and brown bears, later flight to the Ksudach volcano (15min) and landing in the crater to be able to walk and flight to the foot of the Khodutka volcano (20min) to be able to bathe in a river of hot water.

One of the 7 wonders of Russia
It is the pearl of Kamchatka, one of the 7 wonders of Russia, and the heart of the Kronotsky Biosphere Nature Reserve.
The Geyser Valley is one of the five largest geyser fields in the world. In early spring, fresh grass already appears in the areas warmed by the warm entrails of the earth, so brown bears converge everywhere.
The program consists of: Transfer the Nikolayevka Heliport. Register for the flight and departure to the Karymsky volcano (1468 m). Travel time is 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Flight around the active volcano Karymskaya Sopka. Then we will fly to the active volcano Maly Semyachik (1563 m), where we can photograph the acid lake located in the crater of the volcano.
We fly to the Geysers Valley. We will land and take a 1.5 to 2h tour to see some of its 200 geysers (the second largest concentration in the world) and many hot springs.
Then we will fly to the caldera of the Uzon volcano (5 to 10 minutes of flight). 1-hour walking tour through the eastern thermal field in the caldera of the Uzon volcano and its sludge boilers.
A 40-minute flight to the Nalychevo natural park, to bathe in hot springs. Where will we have lunch? Return in 20 min flight to the Nikolaevka heliport.
It’s hard to describe the beauty of this place in words, you need to see it

A remote archipelago
To the south of Kamchatka there is a remote archipelago formed by small volcanic islands, most of them uninhabited and virgin. Arriving without helicopter to the few inhabited islands is an odyssey, reaching the others is practically impossible mission.
This remote place hides what for many is one of the most beautiful volcanoes on earth, on the island of Onekotan there is a volcano with a giant cone, inside a lake was formed and in the middle of this lake has formed a second volcano (inside the crater of the great volcano that forms the island).
The 3-day program consists of airport pick-up and transfer to the Paratunka recreation center, where we can relax and enjoy its hot springs.
The second day we will move to the helipad, to make a first stop (1h 10min flight) in the crater of the Ksudach volcano, where we can walk along the caldera. Later we will fly to Lake Kuril and Ozerny, there is the largest group of protected brown bears in Russia that are attracted by large salmon banks. This is the perfect place for photographers and wildlife lovers.
We will leave the peninsula and we will enter the territory of the Kuril Islands, to fly to the magical Onekotan Island, where we will have lunch in front of the Krenitsyn volcano (a volcano inside a volcano). We will continue our reconnaissance flight to other islands of the archipelago until we reach Atlasova Island, where we can walk along the skirt of the largest volcano in the archipelago.
On the way back we will make a stop to relax and bathe in the hot Khodutkinsky hot spring river. Once the flight is over we will return to our hotel in Paratunka.
The third day, after breakfast, we will return to the airport, passing through the fish stalls to be able to make purchases of wild salmon, caviar …
